Zambesi Hotel-Restaurant

we are once a year in the hotel Matamba/Phanasialand and therefore also in the zambesi. in the last three years, however, the zambesi has become significantly worse. In principle, it is necessary to expect this to be a three-year-old table without leaving a plastic cup on the table.The real problem in the zambesi is, however, the increasingly poorer quality of the feeds. the meat at the grill is throughout and over years of inferior quality. rind is zb on minutesteak quality from the discounter. much too thin and much worse, the cook at the grill constantly press on the meat to shorten the cooking time. so at least all the cooks at the grill on my demand have explained to me the pressure. be...

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids one night in Matamba, two days in Phantasialand and had dinner and breakfast in Restaurant Zambesi. We had a perfect time and all staff members did a great job. The atmosphere in the hotel was just great. The rooms are very nice and the shower was the best ever in a hotel. I can not go in to private details, but our waiter and the restaurant manager in Zambesi gave us a great service we'll never forget. The quality and choises of the diner and breakfastbuffet are huge and eveything tastes very good. Also, during our check-out the person at the desk did go to the extra mile for us. The park self changed a lot since my last visit, everything is perfectly them...

we were here for the second time and again very enthusiastic. the chef told us very kindly the preparation of some food and also the rest of the staff was very friendly. the foods were fresh, the nice crunchy and varied.We visited the restaurant with our 3 year old daughter. what we found especially great was the possibility of child care during eating. for smaller children, there will be a bowling pool, climbing area, children's cinema and painting offerings, which are supervised by educational institutions. so mama and papa can also enjoy something in peace the atmosphere. also there is a great children's buffet. Conclusion: we will come back in every case soon ☺

varied buffet, with very original flavors, the dishes are well presented and the whole is always clean. With regard to the restaurant, it is well arranged, we remain in the same spirit as the ultra-thematized hotel, the fact that most tables are in small "boxes" makes the very warm, friendly and intimate at the same time. servers and waitresses are polite and courteous. However pay attention to the price, 28€ without the drinks that are very expensive one must admit! But, well, we had a great time, to do once during a stay in phantasialand.

We enjoyed the buffet restaurant, perfect end of the day. It's a buffet restaurant, so you can take what you want. Some dishes are (African) spicy, others not. The price is at the same level as you would pay at a wok restaurant and that is what it compares best with.Best is to reserve your place at the reception in the morning. Basically each of the two Phantasialand hotels has a buffet restaurant and a normal restaurant. You can reserve to any of them even if you stay at the other hotel.

we were in the frame of a hotel stay in the restaurant. there were many exotic African specialties, life grill and flame cake, which was freshly prepared as desired. for me as a non-meater there were more than sufficient vegetarian foods. very nice waiters and waiters, good wine card. Although thought as a dining room of the hotel matamba, you can go through the skillful arrangement of the tables in separees also wonderfully "easily so" eating. in the case a reservation would be helpful.

we had dinner in this restaurant during our stay at the matamba, I love any type of cuisine and even here I ate really well, you can taste different dishes of African cuisine, if you are not lovers of this kitchen and better turn away because you risk not to eat anything, for all others instead the buffet costs 28€ per person drinks excluded, you should book to have the security to have the table.

located in the African hotel of the park, this buffet restaurant offers a nice setting at the strengths on an oven one can compose mini pizza and a choice of grilled with beef, chicken but also croccodile trout or zebrele rest of the buffet is limited to African legumes and saladsa note the presence of a child buffet with more classic nuggets and patatesles negative points

lekker buffet restaurant met voldoende afwisseling. vooral de afrikaans ginte gerchten/stoofpotjes en u stant grill. let wel : veel iets specialere en/of afrikaans getinte justen wat wij alvast top vonden. prijs ok.
