Very disappointing customer service, almost impossible communication. Regarding menus it is not specified that if we did not take the formula there were no fries. When we realized it was necessary to pay a bonus of fries 3€ knowing that if we had known during the order we would have paid the menu 1,50€ in addition with included drink. We waited 40 minutes to be served while we were running right after. When we asked to pay the fries in addition (as it was not specified, it would have been said to be completely drunk. What a disappointment! Menu kebab at 8,50€ !!!! , with a rather good meat but the pin is not at the customer's view Is there a pin at least? in a not very fresh baguette instead of a kebab bread why??? , with a quantity of ridiculous industrial fries easy twice as much as a classic kebab for the same quality. We pay for their decor and tablets than anything else.
