Zari Lounge - Reserva de mesa

We were genuinely and happily stunned to enjoy this gem of a restaurant. First class fine dining, in Indian food. The food really is exceptional, beautiful, original and delicious (with a good vegan menu available). The service was second to none, attentive, polite, informative and friendly. The atmosphere and decor was soothing, quiet and done well. Our only surprise was that it wasn't already jam packed! DEFINITELY recommended, a rare treat. Notes; Spiced crab starter was sublime. Fig and coriander naan was pure genius. Lemon and mustard seed rice was perfection. Lamb shank was a spicy gastronomic delight. My vegan dining partner was also very happy with their choices too.

Our first visit to Zari it won’t be the last. Impromptu dinner on Friday evening, we weren’t sure what to expect but walking through the doors we were greeted with friendly faces and from then the experience just got better. The food was delicious and full of flavour. You could see into the kitchen where they were cooking, which we like and there was a lovely buzz about the place. The service was excellent and we couldn’t fault it. So glad we decided to go to Zari’s we will definitely be back

We enjoyed a fantastic meal last night and feel we have found an absolute gem of a restaurant. Great choice of food, much of it locally sourced, lovely wine selection and genuine fantastic service. We really enjoyed every aspect of the meal and look forward to coming back really soon and making this our Indian restaurant of choice. Thank to to all the staff for making it such a lovely evening.

By far the best Chicken Dum Pukht Biryani (Lucknow style preparation) I have had in UK. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive. Food was delicious, succulent tender chicken with the right amount of spices and not overuse of cardamom. Sweet Lassi was amazing too!! I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crawley. Service was amazing! All the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was equally as good, there are many traditional Indian dishes. We ordered the fish curry and it was so smooth and silky. I don't handle spice well but everything was flavoured so delicately. My partner and I will certainly be back to try even more!!

When I mean worst Indian takeaway I have ever had, this is the worst by a long shot. When I opened the curry, the container was half full. Then I generally couldn't finish the food it was so bad. The paste felt like it was from a tin. Generally avoid if possible.

Ordered vegan food. Madras was great. Korma was a bit bland. Stuffed paratha, not very stuffed. What happened to the pakora? We received onion rings, battered cauliflower and aubergine. Staff were very friendly otherwise we would of given 2*

Excellent restaurant that we go to regularly. We recently went to one of their masterclass cookery courses and it was truly awesome. Highly recommend. Much more stuff is made from scratch here than in most similar restaurants. Reserva una mesa ahora
