Zaxby's - Reserva de mesa

Food was fine. The new spicy chicken sandwich barely had any of the spicy sauce on it, but was good other than that. Service wasn't great. We ordered on the app, got in the drive thru which had someone standing taking orders at the beginning. That person told us to stay in the line, the drive thru was very slow and when we got to the window they made us pull back around to curbside pickup (very unfriendly and dismissive). Overall a little more than 20 minutes to pick up an order for two people that we placed ahead in the app. We order through the app and drive thru to pick it up at the Maumelle location all the time and it's a much better experience than it was here.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. We weren't greeted at all; a staff member just stood in front of us, waiting for us to speak as if we were the ones working there! We only ordered two meals and ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting area without any updates on our order. Some other customers who came in were dealing with wrong orders. Meanwhile, the cooks were outside monitoring the line instead of focusing on getting customers served. It was a complete disaster! If I could give zero stars, it would still be more than this location deserves.

Unfortunately the wait time was 35min for food order in the drive-thru. Our order had to be corrected twice along with 2 other customers. Our order was given to another customer that had sort of the same order but because they had taken it opened it intheir car and came back inside to return it, our orders had to be made over. Longest time I've had to wait for an order.

I remember when Zaxby's was on par with Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and the manager seemed quite out of it. The food prices keep rising, but the quality is declining. I even had to ask for someone to take my order. I think I'll be spending my hard-earned money somewhere else from now on. My family loves Zaxby's 10 pieces chicken finger and pommes. You have a unique tasting diving sauce that is not sharp. My teenager prefers to go to Zaxby when ordering chicken pliers. You have a person who takes your order since the line was long. I would have rated her five, but hate to move in the busy street if I left the place.

Fast friendly service and the young man That helped me through the drive-through had the best personality and attitude fast food worker I?ve ever seen. I wish I could remember his name, (it was a unique name), But he was the young black man that took my order Tuesday, March 2 around 1:30 PM Totally made my day

For fast food, they do well even when they are not fully staffed. Their fries are light and tasty. The chicken sometimes is a little over cooked for me, but it is still good. The young people who served me tonight we very courteous to me... even though they need more staff workers.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru and was still just two cars back at 1:40 PM when they asked the car in front of me to wait a few more minutes. My patience ran out! I ended up going to a local spot called Senior Taquilla on 107 and was in and out in just five minutes. Reserva una mesa ahora

The chicken here is always good and juicy without being greasy. The fries are seasoned well and the service is pretty good too. They can be a little stingy with their sauces( which is a shame as they are all good) but past that I know I'll be back lol.

The fries consistently lacked flavor, and the toast in the basket either resembled the picture (minus the eaten piece, of course) or was either undercooked or burnt.
