I specifically asked for my fries to be extra crispy several times with my order today, and they still came out soggy. They weren't even busy. This isn’t the first time, or even the fifth, but it will definitely be my last. Thank you for confirming that the food is just not worth it.
You don’t usually have to wait in line long, but there are times when I have sat there a while because they got busy on a weekend. The staff does a good job the food is always good. They have not ever gotten our order wrong, which is pretty rare if you ask me.

We visited the drive-thru and found the service to be quick and the food delicious. However, it is a bit on the pricey side.
Whoever the manager is at the Alabaster location should really check the Alabaster Citizen's Community page on FB.
I live in Alabaster and I have been to this location many times but this time would be the last.
