Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I don’t know if they are under new management or what’s going on but this zaxbys doesn’t taste the same! They barely put seasoning on the fries, the toast is either barely toasted or overly toasted, and the chicken tenders taste like they have been sitting from the previous day. Also, today my husband got some ranch to go with his wings and the ranch was clumped up like it was old so he just threw it away. Furthermore, the soda was thrown away because it didn’t look up to par. Why is sprite looking light brown? They really need to get it together with all these restaurants on post because they are going downhill drastically.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars. Be cautious when dining here. I suffered severe food poisoning after eating here, not just feeling a little sick - I couldn't feel certain parts of my body and had to receive 3 bags of liquid. The food was very soggy and tasted off when I received it, but as a member of the military, I am trained to eat whatever is given to me. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving, but I will never make the mistake of eating here again. A friend on base also experienced food poisoning. Stay safe.

This is one of only a few restaurants in the area so that is appreciated. We hit at the lunch hour so it was extremely busy, but they didn't mess up our order and it was good. The dining room was closed so we had to find a picnic table but that worked for us. You can also order on their app and pick up your order curbside. Good food, good service, great location!

zaxby is always good. my main complaint is that the lobby is still closed and this in turn creates a ridiculously long journey through the line. I am not sure that the foundation is behind it, because restrictions have been lifted. the food and service are always great, but I have eaten at zaxby’s numerous times just by the long journey thru lines. Got a salad and the dressing was rotten so I returned the salad with not one bite taken out and the manager with pink and yellow eyeshadow said she needed to check the salad and the dressing to make sure. I brought the salad back so why not just replace it instead of investigating.

Every time I come here they always forget something whether it’s the dressing to my salad, my drink or even the Buffalo sauce for my chicken tenders. Its really frustrating. Just know if you come here make sure you check your order before driving off from the window.

The food was fine but they need to deep clean the soda machine. My drink tasted sour and moldy. It was very disappointing. Idk if it was the soda itself or the ice. It was disgusting. The rest of my food was great.

Waited in Line for 15 minutes. They wouldn't take my order so i drove around ti see if anyone was there, there was, and when i went to order they say were closed. They literally held the line till they were closed Reserva una mesa ahora

The dining experience was pleasant, the food was delicious and served hot and salty. It would have been even better if there had been more options available on the menu.

I was curious about why this place is always empty, but after trying it out, I realized why. The wings were the worst I've ever had in my life.
