Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I stopped by the this location to pick up some food for my family. I got home and the sauces were missing. I called the store and spoke with Zariah at about 1:40pm. I absolutely love the way she understood exactly why I needed the sauces and assured me the sauces would be in the door dash order I had to place. Spicy wings taste better with ranch. It is unfortunate that I had to place an online order just to have the sauces delivered, but I’m glad to have the staff member understand. Thank you

I love zaxbys always have and have been going to this location for years. Usually I don't complain but today I don't know what sorta happen. The lady repeated my order over and when I left I didn't leave with any salad dressing and my daughter ordered a sprite and she got water instead with her order. I was sorta disappointed in this today.

We typically eat there once a week. We stopped by for dinner yesterday evening. While waiting in line I noticed an employee at the station next to the drive-thru eating while he prepared food. Not only is this a health code violation but unsanitary. We left when I saw this. Don't think we'll be returning.

My food was hard stale and stinky. It smelled and tasted different than usual. Not enough to smell spoiled but like the food was old or the oil was. I think both. All of my fries were hard and smelt off my chicken was too. I tried eating it but it was off putting. Reserva una mesa ahora

My son and I have been coming here on Mondays after soccer. This store is always clean and the food is fresh. The staff here are always accommodating and kind. Everyone we have encountered is always so helpful and professional. Clean restrooms, too. Huge plus.

Horrible. The manager acted like a kid and the employees were just playing and acting so immature. The manager acted like the employees. Worst service I have ever dealt with!!!!

Got 3 grilled chicken sandwiches today and they were disgusting. Didn't even taste like chicken. Chewy like it wasn't even real chicken. They went in the trash.

$55 on fingers, wings shrimp. Gave me 1 ranch and 1 Zax sauce even though I reminded them not to forget sauce for shrimp meals!
