I wish I didn’t even have to give one star! I never seen a place so incompetent in my life. Every time I order from this location the order is wrong, the food is old, and it’s always missing the sauces. Yesterday was the final straw for me my entire order was old and cold and wrong after waiting over 40 mins for an online order that stated it would be ready in 9 mins. You would think waiting 40 mins you would have fresh food. Well absolutely not. I sent my son to get the order so he didn’t know what was missing from the order. I paid for extra sauces didn’t get them nor did I get the correct ones I ordered with the meals. Paid for large drinks got small. I’m just so sick of this location. I...
During this visit, I didn’t see any value. It felt like I paid $10.00 for four cold wings, and even if I had received a fifth wing, it still wouldn’t have justified the price. There are places where you can get a 10-piece wing combo for $11.00, and that includes a drink. I don’t mind paying higher prices for quality food, but not for what feels like a rip-off. Restaurants like Boston Market understand that both service and food quality should be excellent. I could justify spending $16.00 if the meal was great, but after this experience, I felt like I just threw my money out the window. I love the tucker zaxbys! I am always impressed by the attentiveness and service that is made available to me during each visit. I was disappointed to find that half of my meal was missing, and the portion I received was so small that it wasn't even worth keeping. When I called to ask for a replacement, I was told I would need to drive back for 30 minutes to show the missing food in order to get a replacement. The customer service was very poor, and I will not be returning.
