Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Website must be updated. The site says they close at 7:00. Call to check and find out that they are open until 9:00. Order online and pick up directions said either drive thru or order counter for pickup. I have to go to the store and there was a long line in the car thru. It was the pick-up time that we were named, the food was ready to be so decided to pick up inside. Press the mask required for entry on the door. The side door was closed. In the direction of the front door and saw a small sign that only drive thru was available. When we got our food, it was 30 minutes behind the scheduled pick-up time and the food was cold. Someone must update the website!

I and my family like to eat at Zaxby's we go there occasionally I don't complain, but that's what I don't understand is the food of my family was hot and I ordered wings and things, but mine was cold the pommes were not fresh at all my chicken pliers, we are not very hot my chicken wings were hot. I used to be a restaurant manager that you really need to see your help because they can't serve a customer, what was left under the heat lamp and mix it with something fresh, I was very disappointed.

Spent 40 minutes in line. Paid while in line, so unable to simply get out of line and leave. Husband needed to use the toilet urgently. Was told he couldn't go inside for a bathroom emergency. No sign on door saying the dining room was closed. In fact, it says that masks are recommended for customers. Husband had a mask and was willing to come back immediately after using the toilet. Was a miserable 40 minutes for him.

There's nothing on this planet like lukewarm/cold frits. Ask me how I know they forgot the Zax Sauce! And the Koleslawin?? The unfortunate few of us who like Koleslaw will be devastated if we are robbed of it. Zaxbys is one of my favorite snapshots, but it seems that this place only needs to work for itself.

Mmm tiny little chicken finger and burned pommes? Just go to Bojangles. It took 48 minutes to drive. Just realized they didn't give me a sauce.
