I spent almost an hour in the car thru last night. I'm a patient and I understand things happen, but I felt really sorry for the team last night. Bad customer service. I placed an order online called the number for kurbside pick up it took about several calls to answer for them. That was 6:40. At 7 p.m. no one had brought the delivery, so I retrieve it suspended then I think the phone took out of the hook because after I called several times I always had the activated signal. I moved to the drive thru window and asking was someone bring out my online delivery the two girls in the window were admired and laughing they also said that they stop doing online orders, I assume because the drive thru order was so long, so I sat there for what like another 10 minutes before they hit me on the drive thru window to get the food.

I love Zaxby? Cobb salad. So much that I get the same salad 4 times a week! Today I was not satisfied for the first time. I usually order online as today. I called shop and asked for a manager. I let them know that I was on my way to work and that was the first time I got my salad and the grilled chicken was cold too the bacon was missing from my salad. She told me that first I had to make a picture of the salad with the food I had seven days. I'm sorry, but I can't get food until I get there later. So my money was was wasted and I think I have to go to Tara Blvd now?
