I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of one employee, JT. When I requested a substitute item, he brusquely informed me that it wasn't possible. Later, when I asked to add chips to my order, he responded, "I literally just told you we can’t do that. The chips are for catering only." However, he had never mentioned that the chips were solely for catering; he only said substitutions weren't allowed. There were other customers nearby who could confirm this. I ordered an overpriced salad that cost the same as one at a steak house. When I opened it, I found a dark, slimy salad and warm ranch dressing. I called and spoke to the manager, who had an attitude and claimed it wasn't her fault. She didn't provide a receipt and refused to issue a refund. I will print out my bank statement to prove the transaction. As I mentioned, I expect a refund, and I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well. Given the rude service, I'll also be sharing a photo of the salad here.
Jacob and Mr. Jon are the standout employees at this Zaxby's. I really appreciate their efforts. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers, making sure everyone is well taken care of. They refill drinks, clean tables, and make sure our orders are correct. They are genuinely fantastic individuals.

I absolutely love the staff at this location; they are truly wonderful. Employee Kathrine is outstanding! Having never been to a Zaxby's before, I was blown away by how the staff went above and beyond. It's an amazing experience. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by—you won't be disappointed!
The customer service is always friendly. The dining room is clean and nicely air conditioned in this horrible heat. That sweet tea is the deal!! I miss the cajun chicken club. I hope to see it back soon. ????????????
I tried this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the chicken. It was tasty, though not outstanding, but it was a refreshing change. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
Top choice for fast food chicken! The chicken is juicy and flavorful. They offer chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings. Food was ready quickly and dine-in is open!

On September 8, 2023, my order was messed up twice today. The staff was impatient and rude. This restaurant seems to be poorly managed and chaotic.
The food was delicious, and the women's restroom was spotless. I was very pleased!
