Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Definitely worst zaxbys experience and the only one I’ve been to where chicken tasted burnt . Checked in to pick up at 6:58 fir a 7 pm pick up , waited 15 min , called to check in fir second time , waited 10 more min .. finally went in and grabbed my own food off the to go rack and watched other pick up orders be brought out no problem . I don’t get what the issue was but between that and the food lacking exponentially in comparison to other zaxbys stores , super dissatisfied .
