Zaza Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I have been a customer of Zaza Pizza for almost a year and have never really been disappointed. But the other day we ordered at 7.45PM, delivery said it would be by 8.50, which later changed to 9 o clock. The order arrived at 9.15. Deciding to put this aside as a one off bad experience, we tucked into our pizza only to have to spit it out as there was a long brown hair in the middle. I'm sad to say I won't be returning as this was too off putting for me to continue. I wanted to write a review so that those who work at Zaza Pizza knew of my experience and did all they could to ensure it didn't happen to anyone else.

People go visit the shop your ordering from. I went last night for a kebab, food mediocre, to say they have best of best top rated in derby on their menu, i would disagree, my first ever visit and the place was not clean around the food areas food on the sides not cleaned, pleasant guy who served me, never saw him smile once but hey ho. ZAZA if you read this you are falsley advertising saying your the best in derby, i would rate spicehut ten times better than you.

I always loved zaza calzone but today I was really dissapointed it was thin and looked nothing like calzone. It was just cut in half in a middle it felt like they wasn't bothered at all. I'm really disappointed cause it was the best place to order food but now I'll start looking for a new place...

Amazing food, amazing quality, amazing customer service, amazing portions, amazing prices. Did I mentioned this place is amazing? Seriously every take away we have had has been beyond delicious, plus you get a loyalty card. They love their customers.

My so called mega meatball sub had 4 tiny meatballs on it. Hardly mega! Delivery was late, for the third time, (I have ordered 3 times). Will not be ordering again
