Zaza’s - Reserva de mesa

Experience was fine, but nothing to write home about. Food and service were adequate but we felt like the experience was overpriced. There are better options in the area. Pros: Some elements of fine dining experience nice presentation, free bread, attentive waitstaff, and food was reasonably good. Minor qualms: Cocktails were $15 a piece and were mediocre at best. Portions were small for the price compared to other Italian restaurants. Reason for score: I believe the meatballs were undercooked (partially raw) and didn't eat them. We were reassured by the kitchen (via our server), that they were not undercooked but we chose not to eat them anyway and we didn't receive any offer for discount,...

I felt SCAMMED last night. Had appetizer and couple of drinks When I asked for the bill and gave my credit card the waitress added herself a 26% tip, without authorization. Restaurants do it when the party is 6 or more but we were just 2 people. On the top of that I was presented a voucher with a pen for adding an extra tip on the top of the unauthorized tip already added. I didn't want to argue, and just left really disgusted and disappointed. BE AWARE MAKE SURE YOUR BILL DOESN'T INCLUDE UNAUTHORIZED TIP BEFORE ADDING A TIP

If you saw my photo you would say boy does that look good. That's what I thought when the steak sandwich was put in front of me. Unfortunately it was one of the worst steak sandwiches I've ever had. The charbroiled steak was very thin and overcooked. Well done, flavorless and one of the driest sandwiches I have ever eaten. Finished 2 glasses of water before my beer. It's supposed to be on garlic bread? Not mine. Just toasted bread. So dry. So dry. So dry. Maybe try the pasta.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, good service and fair prices. The menu has SO many great offerings it was hard to choose. I will definitely go back. I like that they have tablecloths in a proper setting. If you like Italian food and appreciate it served in a family family-owned restaurant, you’re going to love this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was extremely disappointed with fruti di mari xmas weekend. As an Italian i was looking forward to it as a xmas exe tradition. It was tasty but the amount of fish was not worth $40. The most i have paid for that dish without being satisfied

We ordered the Lasagne for two people. It was $60, and bland. The ground beef was over cooked. Our lasagna squares were swimming in sauce. It was light on flavor and aroma. Disappointed.

Good food. Good drink. A bit crowded, but you can hardly blame folks for loving the place.
