I cannot believe this place still has customers, having said that the majority of the repeat customers are probably used to this type of bad food & cannot be bothered going anywhere else since there aren't many options in Pyrmont. This is the third time I have come back here over a few years, I do remember the food being somewhat better. Came here for brunch & we were seated quickly with menus by what seems to be the manager or the owner. He didn't ask us for a coffee order & took us quite some time before anyone bothered to ask us. Went here on the weekend for the second time in a month as I thought that the issues we had the first time could not have been repeated but I was wrong Service is a big issue. We were seated and then not provided with enough menu's to go around so had to share the two we were provided with. After ordering we proceeded to wait 30 minutes and then one of the dishes arrived. 15 minutes later 2 of the other dishes arrived. After another 10 minutes we complained and were told that our food was just being plated up, but when I went to the pass there was nothing being plated up and it was only just being cooked. I told the manager that our order had clearly been forgot...

El glorioso domingo soleado, el agua en la bahía blanca está brillando, y todo es bueno con el mundo. Y este lugar está lleno. El maitre tiene una voz para SteadFM, y un descanso recogiendo. I've just read some of the reviews of this place.. and especially the most recent. .WOW! The negatives have come out of issues. What we had was service, food, service, food. I will recommend the Zebra Lounge to everyone ... It was Sunday...placed packed...there was seven of us, no booking...the waiters, thank you Edward and Samantha, seated us with alacrity, pulling tables together out of nowhere....Whilst we were being seated, Edward asked, "Coffee, Tea,..VODKA?"...Hillarious..put us at ease....our breakfast? We're from Melbourne, We are agreed..we will catch taxis to have the salmon rosti and the fritters. Sometimes, things are good, sometimes, things are bad...
Decepcionado Ella reservó una mesa que se le preguntó aproximadamente un mes después de un mes antes del día del padre reservado para seis personas. El salón Zebra tiene una buena ubicación, pero ha cambiado mis pensamientos sobre el restaurante cuando el camarero fue muy grosero en mi hija de 9 años, lo que lo convirtió en que estaba ocupado, y era un trabajo agradecido que era un trabajo agradecido. Normalmente tuve dos malas experiencias ahora. Hoy sirvió un aguacate no maduro, y cuando había señalado que era infundado, ni siquiera preguntaba, no pedir que el dueño fuera dejado, el propietario dijo que dijo que no le gusta el aguacate y siempre encuentra aguacate! El aguacate en tostadas es un elemento básico de la cafetería, y si no puede obtener este derecho, o cuidarlo, no creo que gane clientes de rendimiento. Reserva una mesa ahora
Left hungry after an hour as when meals finally arrived they had lost 2 out of 5 orders. When questioned they lied and said they were coming but we could see in kitchen & they hadn't even started cooking. Manager rude, didn't apologise and continued to lie to us. We left hungry and will never return. Overpriced food with management who have absolutely no idea what service is - do not recommend!
