The staff couldn't have known that a guy over two meters was coming and I was given the small but nice and nice attic room. However, I only paid a discounted price. So there's no reason to mess up anything here! On the contrary, the furnishings are fairly new, the sanitary is super clean, the cupboards, bed and armchairs are more than functional and cleverly thought out!!! For the price you really have to look with a magnifying glass. The second floor is also currently being remodeled/refurnished. So there's always something happening! The service employees are quick and try to do everything correctly and with a smile. The restaurant also offers space for large groups and, thanks to the layout of the dining room, it is not as noisy as in other large restaurants. You can sit separately if you want. For the evening we had the schnitzel with fried potatoes and mushroom cream. Rarely have you had a better schnitzel. Fried to perfection and nicely presented. Cooked honestly and without any shame! Restaurant full marks also when it comes to service! I like it when the service keeps an eye on which glasses are empty, which plates can be removed, and where msn asks again. Quite excellent!!!! Gladly again!!

We were there one night. Positive: What particularly appealed to us was how close it is to Hanover if you go to the trade fair. Everyone is nice accommodating. The decor of the room is also nice and everything was clean. The breakfast is well coordinated, I thought the coffee machine was great, it made good coffee and the selection was good. The breakfast room is also very aesthetic, we really liked it. The price-performance ratio is very good! Negative: Unfortunately it is a bit noisy on the lower floor with the restaurant until 12:20 a.m. Chairs were moving, people were talking, etc. You hear it all and if you're not sleeping like a log... but after 12:20 a.m. it was slowly quiet. You can tell that a lot of effort is being put into this. The bathroom was completely clean and well maintained even though it is older. If the restaurant/kitchen (or whatever it was) wasn't directly below the rooms on the first floor, or if it were better soundproofed, it would be perfect. We were warmly welcomed... we had also booked the room in advance for a wedding. However, my name was written down completely incorrectly... even though there was written contact. First we had to check whether I was the right guest. After the clarification, we went up the stairs into the room. No existing accessibility! Seems to be under renovation at the moment? There are cables hanging out of the walls... The room itself is practically furnished. The bathroom really needs a renovation though. The shower head was broken and could no longer be attached, and the doors weren't tight so the shower water ran into the bathroom... The rooms are very noisy. Don’t forget to stop your ears The outside terrace is nicely and comfortably furnished and the service is really friendly. The food was very good. Overall it was ok...

Party until well after 4 a.m., loud music over 70 decibels in the room. No mention of this at check-in. I wouldn't have checked in if I had known. The room was directly above the party location, so there was no chance of sleeping. Complaints at night didn't help. At checkout I complained again and then I was shouted at why I was telling him this, he couldn't do anything about it. But he was my contact at that moment... We left without breakfast and will not enter this hotel again. The shower wasn't really usable either, so only one star for the room. A pure disaster...if you only used it as a stopover and sleep was important...
