If you're looking for pizza, Zi Zia is the place to be! I haven't explored their entire menu yet— that's on my list for the near future— but I have tried their pizza, and it’s incredible! I'm not sure what makes it so good: the sauce, the dough, the cheese, or the ovens, but wow, it's phenomenal. I only wish it were closer to home; I could easily eat here all the time. They do deliver to Bloomfield, as well as Montclair, Glen Ridge, and Belleville. If only they delivered to Rockaway! My wife and I plan to visit on a weekend soon, and I can't wait to dive into the full menu. The pizza is outstanding, and I'm eager to try the calzone and everything else they offer.
Best Pizza and Lasagna I have ever had!! Every Friday night we ordered pizza for take out and had red wine at home. It became our tradition. We always got extra cheese and pepperoni on the whole pie and half with sautéed onions and mushrooms. We recently moved to the Princeton area and have yet to find a pizza anywhere that is comparable. Seriously, don’t eat the Pizza here unless you want every other pie to be ruined for you. We have been trying to figure out how we can get a pie delivered to us this far away haha We will miss Zi Zia a lot! Although we very likely will make our way back just to eat here from time to time. It’s that good!!
If I could give an unlimited number of stars, I absolutely would. I lead an Italian American networking group for business owners of Italian descent, and we meet at various restaurants throughout North Jersey, where we can be quite discerning when it comes to Italian cuisine. Zi Zia's was truly exceptional. The owner, Nick, was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with while we arranged our visit. The food was absolutely outstanding, leaving many guests, who are originally from Italy, eager to return. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking delicious Italian food in the area!
Nice cozy spot, with a nice intimate dining area. Good for smaller gatherings. The employees were very kind and courteous, made us feel welcomed. The pizza was GREAT! Honestly, it's probably the best pizza I've had in the state of NJ!! The sauce in the pie was sweet and made the pepperoni slice tasted like dessert. The Buffalo chicken pizza pie was loaded and crunchy didn't flop at all. Their peppers and onions on a stuffed crust was also so good and the crust was almost caramelized. Zi Zia is the best!!! It doesn’t matter if I Dine-In , Take out, or get delivery, the food and service is consistently awesome. I never had a meal I didn’t enjoy there ever. The staff is always so friendly from the person answering the phones, wait staff and delivery drivers!!! I am embarrassed how often I get food from there, but it’s my favorite place.
The gravy was good. Other than that, I wouldn't get again. There was more bread and gravy than the cutlets inside sandwich. All u did was taste gravy. I didn't want to drive to belleville to get my normal food so I tried here. For $13 I could of gotten double the amount at my usual spot.
