Zimi Bagel has been around for over twenty years and remains the best bagels outside of NYC. They boil the bagels in water before baking them, which makes all the difference. I often bring some to my students in Westchester as a reward for their good behavior during my time as a substitute teacher, and they always rave about how they are the best bagels they've ever had.
Extremely disappointed in this place. My order is wrong ALL the time, the decaf coffee is a waste of money, and when you call, it takes 135 tries before getting through.IF you get through, they will make it right, but when you drive 15 minutes to get to them and 15 minutes back, the last thing I’m doing is driving back again to get the correct meal.
We visited this restaurant to try the bagels based on a recommendation from a loyal customer. The bagels were excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The ambiance was pleasant, allowing us to watch the bagels being made while we waited for our order. The service was slightly slow, but overall, it was a great experience.

The best bagels around. The best BEC in the county. Staff is friendly and very fast. Highly recommended.
