Excellent pizza! We tried both the red sauce and the white sauce and loved them both. Stopped by for a couple slices and had to go back to get a whole pie. Nick is a great guy who makes an outstanding pizza pie.

Zio is the BEST pizza in Sea Isle and also has the best customer service! Always friendly and willing to do whatever necessary to make the customer happy! I highly recommend! Turtle pie is outstanding!!!

For a vacation pizza spot, it was great. Super thin hand tossed pies. Not fancy but really solid pies. Delivery to the beach a plus. Owner Nic is friendly. We always get their pies on our annual trip. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent crust and lots of cheese...they were even kind enough to make our kiddos happy and do 1/4 sausage, 1/4 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese...nice view of the waves and added bonus they gave the kiddos
