Zizzi - Reserva de mesa

Stopped here after a hot day at thorpe park. Was staying close so suited family meal before we all parted ways. Service from a young lad was nice. Food was nice although chefs, you need to drain the water from the pasta more and reduce the cream in the pan longer as this was too watery. My choice was the Harrissa chicken pasta tasty towards the end but lacked seasoning which I just asked for salt and pepper and as above reduce the liquid! Pasta cooked perfectly Pizza was nice, just food timings are little off as we received everything bar one dish which was another 5 minutes. Pull in timings. Turned up last night (without booking). Stood in the doorway for 10mins without any staff member acknowledging me. Had to interrupt a young man with glasses to ask if we sit ourselves anywhere ?? (There were more than 5 empty tables) He snapped that we need to wait to be seated. Same man spoke to us a few minutes after asking if we had a reservation. I replied we didn’t. He then explained they were fully booked. I asked why we needed that response after standing there waiting for 10mins without any acknowledgment?? He response was “we do you want me to do, we are all busy!?” Zero customer service skills obviously. No employee should ever speak to a customer like that.

my man and I had a great dinner in zizzi. the parking space was free after 18:00 clock for Friday night. zizzi was also busy. but good and friendly service. we love pizza from here. especially with cold oil. chorizo carbonara was the first attempt! it was good! everything was perfect part of the small chaotic and dirty toilet.

Went for dinner 2 weeks ago. Wonderful service by Alfie who was coping with using their new ordering system. He coped wonderfully. Food was excellent drink recommendations were first rate. Will definitely return (as long as Alfie’s working) Posting this everywhere to show my love Reserva una mesa ahora

Took 45 mins for our order to be taken. We asked for 2 glasses of tap water as well as our cocktails. Had to ask 3 times for the water but it never came. The quality of the food was really poor, not tasty at all, very bland and stodgy pasta. Very disappointed.

Very friendly and attentive servers. Good service as they kept checking if everything was ok with Lunch. Freshly made pizza and pasta with table side grated cheese. Loved it. Tricky but easy payment method, just needed to scan the QR code and pay online.

always fantastic eating and service. eating comes fast, hot and well presented. the staff are always friendly and always to check, we have what we need. large selection of food and children menu is very good. Thank you!

Decent starter but main course meatballs just a bowl full of pasta overcooked with about four meatballs on top for £15! . Left most of it and wasn asked why or how food wsd. Last time I go there Reserva una mesa ahora
