Zizzi - Reserva de mesa

it was Mother's Day when we booked, and I got the impression that the restaurant had forgotten to block tables on open table as we did not get a great recipe. we were a table of 3, we came around 12.35 and there were only 6 more tables with guests. we said we had only 1.5 hours, which was absolutely no problem. our waitress was quite pushy and pressed us to order quickly. the food was excellent, no complaining there. after 50 minutes in the restaurant the waitress stood at our table and waited for us to finish the dessert so that she could take the teller. we went within the hour, and the restaurant was still half empty. because of this experience I would probably not go back.

I was initially turned away upon arrival for my reservation, but they were able to accommodate us without any problems. Despite having a delicious meal, the unpleasant smell inside the restaurant ruined our friends' evening out. The staff tried to cover it up with air freshener, but it didn't work. The manager acknowledged our concern and graciously gave us a discount.

there were three of us plus one month old. the personal could not have been more attentive and patient. the food was excellent, and they bought the babies starter early, so he didn't wait to eat. the desserts are fabulous and a great choice. the whole place had a Christmas feeling about it with beautiful decorations. would definitely recommend and will soon go back.

we arrived exactly at a .pm and were displayed directly on a table and given menus. it took a short moment to order our drinks that arrived immediately. we then had to wait one for the waiter to take up our food order until the place was filled, so that we had to wait one for our main course. but eating was good and the wine good, so it was a pleasant experience. This restaurant's quality can be unpredictable. During my recent visit, the service was slow and unprofessional - the waiter tried to clear my plate while I was still eating and even asked if I was finished when I clearly wasn't. While we've had decent experiences here before, this visit was disappointing. The food itself was fine.

Good to fair, modern setting, with as-expected food that was comparatively expensive. 3 pizzas, a chicken and prosciutto salad, garlic bread, 2 cokes, a beer, G&T, and icecream came to £86 with tip. Fair enough for taking the kids to, but essentially a little pricey for what was your typical chain restaurant experience.

Very good reatraunt, friendly staff and great food! Would have been nice if the staff were a bit faster, I asked for the bill and the waiter didn't bring it for a good 10 minutes, if it was busy I would say fair enough by the reatraunt was not nearly full
