Zizzi - Eastbourne

We had given up on Zizzis for a couple of years the menus were tired and we had some poor experiences, including Eastbourne. However our recent visit was a pleasant surprise. A much more interesting menu, very fresh ingredients and well prepared meals, even the apple juice was so full of flavour!. And to top it all a really wonderful waiter who could not do any more to help. A great experience.

a lovely restaurant, nice decor and food...a bit noisey for a truely romantic interlude, could benefit from some romantic sound proofed booths. still a great place to eat!

As previous reviews have stated, this 'chippy' is indeed ahead of the competition, but we are talikng yards rather than miles ahead and yet the prices are

The fish & chips here isn't cheap (£8.95) but the quality and flavour of the haddock was great (not surprising, as it's adjacent/part of to a fishmonger)
