We went in to go for a birthday lunch and as soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a young girl that was very rude. we sat down and ordered. when i asked for carbonara she asked me which one and i asked what the difference was between the two options as i hadn’t noticed that there was two different options. she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me and then gave me a half arsed explanation. we waited for a starter for 30 minutes which was the mozzarella garlic bread once we received it and tried it. it was covered in half a ton of onions and couldn’t even taste the garlic it was utterly disgusting. when trying to get the waitresses attention we were ignored for an hour until our o...
I ordered a pizza to be delivered by Uber eats, the delivery was excellent however the food was absolutely horrific. Working away from home I thought I’d order from a chain establishment for reliability but the pizza I received was simply inedible. There was that much grease on the pizza the poor dough needed a life ring yet somehow the pepperoni topping was cremated and ready to have its ashes spread. A regrettable experience with food abominations clearly being created by someone not competent with a microwave let alone a pizza oven and equipped kitchen. Fire extinguishers at the ready people the chefs on fire either with embarrassment or grease.
Stopped in for a meal on 12/3, waitress seemed way more interested in speaking to friends sat a few tables down, whole service felt like we were an inconvenience, this went as far as basically having the dessert menu thrown at us without a word spoken, then whilst ordering dessert we asked for the bill, which after waiting for 25 minutes, we ended up having to ask for at the bar, all other members of staff were lovely.
Great food. But after going to dinner one night and then for dessert and coffee the night after, the service is atrocious. Both nights we were seated in the back corner and both nights the staff either completely forgot or ignored us. The second night I had to walk up to the manager to ask for someone to come take our order after waiting for 15 minutes on a slow night at 9pm.

Amazing service, fantastic food , we were made to feel welcome from beginning to end, such lovely staff, went for my daughter’s birthday with her friends, even sang happy birthday to her, will be recommending here to my friends and family and will definitely be coming back
We had the 3 course set menu for £24.95 and it was excellent value for money! Highlights were the garlic bread with cheese caramelised onions, and the lemon swirl cheesecake. Portions were generous and our servers were friendly. Thanks for a lovely evening!
Often pop in here during shopping trips. Food is always decent you know what you're getting and staff pleasant. Ella served us on this occasion and, though busy, she was very attentive, smiley and checked in on us several times. Nice experience. Thank you.

Food poor. Pizza dough appeared pre-frozen. Starter not warm. Dessert good but that's about it! Overpriced for the lack of quality.
A great place to have some lovely food that is so tasty, I cannot fault the food from here. Service was good and very friendly.
