Zizzi - Newark - Reserva de mesa

I treated my parents to dinner on my dad's birthday at 12:30 on Sunday. The overall experience was okay, although we were disappointed. Despite the restaurant being quiet, we had to wait a long time to be served. The waitress only took our drink orders and did not take our food order for some unknown reason. When our food eventually arrived, the pizza was lukewarm and the meatballs were too spicy. We waited a long time to order dessert but eventually gave up and went to the register to pay. It's unfortunate because every other Zizzi restaurant I've been to has been much better.

I was not impressed with this Zizzi restaurant. The service was slow and the atmosphere was lacking. It felt like somewhere between a fast food place and a casual dining spot. We only felt it was worth the cost because we used Tesco vouchers. It's disappointing because Zizzi typically has some nice restaurants.

No es el mejor restaurante Zizzi en el que hemos estado. El servicio era lento y el lugar carecía de ambiente. The food at this restaurant was great and the staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. Even though the restaurant was not very busy (Sunday evening) and had enough staff, they were lacking in attentiveness.

I'm a regular custom at Zizzis and always have good food. This was the first time I've booked online though and when we arrived there wasn't a booking in my name even though I'd got a confirmation number!
