I was extremely unhappy with the service at this restaurant. Despite being part of a large group, we expected the service to be a bit slower. However, our server asked if we wanted our mains and starters to come together, we agreed, but they did not arrive together. One person in our group had to wait ten minutes for their salad, while others in the restaurant were served before us. We had to repeatedly try to get the server's attention. The service charge of £16 was excessive, especially given our dissatisfaction. It all started well with the shared platter which was delicious however when the main pizzas came the waitress gave us back our used knife and fork and serviettes and said we could use them again ! then when we asked for a jug of water we were given two glasses held around the rim my pizza pepperoni and mushroom had 7 slices of small pepperoni and 3 mushroom slices a hole in the centre my husbands which was little piggy was so over cooked the pork had become crackling the manager ?? and staff were no where to be seen or to complain to when we got the bill they had added the 10% service and when I asked to take it off I was questioned why !! We dined here after a day out in London. Although the restaurant wasn’t even half full, service seemed slow due to too few waiting staff. Food was good but drinks were a let down. Ordered a cocktail but if it did contain alcohol, it was such a small measure that you couldn’t tell. Disappointing for what it cost.

I went to have dinner today with a £50 gift card and was informed that I couldn't use it on event days. The only event happening was at the arena, which was not even full, while the restaurant was less than half full.
Went for a meal with some friends the staff was amazing and welcoming. One of our party had an allergy and our waiter Anita was so helpful and informative of the allergen process
The service was very slow. Some employees seemed to chat. When we were finally served, the meal went according to plan. The Portuguese waiter added a little charm to the process.
We order pizza ans salmon salad with side of garlic bread with mozzarella. All meal was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Good service and splendid staff

We really like this chain and have never been disappointed by the restaurants we visited. Appropriate prices with a good selection of dishes and wines.
