Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the attitude of the girl who took our orders. At first, I thought it was just me, but once we sat down, I asked my friend, and he agreed that she seemed dismissive. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to properly listen to our order or serve us, almost as if we weren’t worthy of her attention. The most frustrating part was when my friend introduced himself as Jonathan, and she decided to shorten it to "John" without even asking—such a lack of respect for acknowledging a customer's name. It makes me wonder where manners, courtesy, and respect have gone. On a positive note, we did receive a warmer interaction from the barista who prepared our coff...
