I came across Zonal Blanca after reading a review that highlighted Top Chef Chad White, and it immediately piqued my interest. The standout dish that really caught my attention was the Dorilocos, which includes Cornuts and Gummy Bears! I made a reservation for a weekday lunch and arrived at this charming little restaurant. I also ordered a Michelada, Ceviche, and Raw Oysters. The service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the oysters! However, I found both the Ceviche and Dorilocos to be quite spicy, to the point where they almost upset my stomach. So, a heads-up for anyone who isn’t a fan of spicy food: you might want to steer clear of the Dorilocos.
