Zona De Cuba - Reservar una mesa

I missed my reservation by 20 mins. I know that was my fault. We were told by the hostess that our table was given up because we were late and that we would have to wait until another table opens up. We waited, an hour passed by still no table, 2hours we asked again and they said in another hour, then 3hours passed and we just left. We were never given a table, there were groups that walked in after us that were already seated before us. It was definitely our fault that we were late but we were mislead into believing we would be seated at some point and that wasn’t okay. I would have preferred honesty from the very beginning to make other plans moving forward.

I celebrated my birthday with friends and family and we still talk about the delicious food and fantastic service. The only thing I was a little disturbed is that they had a dj and a band, but they mostly played Spanish music. I understand that his Cuban restaurant, but there was a mixed crowd so people like me didn't understand the music. If they mix it a little with the music, this place would be even more fantastic.

My daughter wanted to have a family dinner to celebrate her birthday. We had a wonderful time. Food was AWESOME!!! The service was GREAT!!! The live band was AWESOME!!! Will definitely go again and again.
