When I contacted the restaurant, I spoke with a very friendly woman. She was unsure about the status of my order due to some miscommunication with Eat Street, but she did her best to resolve the issue. In the end, I did receive my order, and the woman was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. In summary, I recommend using DoorDash or ordering directly from the restaurant instead of Eat Street. I would rate Eat Street a 0/10 and highly recommend Zoup's and their wonderful team with a 12/10!
