The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful but has several very dated and poorly kept rooms. We paid for the ‘Deluxe Suite’ (260€ a night) and upon arrival were told that the good ones had gone and we were left with one of the dark back rooms. It had a mouldy smell the moment we opened the door, the bed look extremely used and even had a drop in the middle of the mattress from age. Non of the rooms have air conditioning and the bathroom is also tired looking. When we spoke to reception we were told that we are just unlucky but they can give us a machine to help with the smell. Finally after a very stressful few hours they offered to change our room the next day...
As always i arrive at a hotel with swimmingpool, the bad weather is following me. I absolute enjoyed my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even tried to find out how i could access the church in Lekeitio, which were close due not in the season. It is a very nice and charming hotel, locals are coming to have some drinks or a coffee. As hotel guest you have also a separated area for yourself. Sadly i didnt took pictures, but there are already quite a lot to get an idea. The only thing i would like to add, please get normal salt and pepper mortars : instead of lil paper bags filled with it.
A very pleasant experience. The entrance to the hotel is very beautiful, and once you enter, the rest does not disappoint. Our room was large and the bathroom very spacious. The location is very good since you are in the center in a few minutes. Easy parking and quiet area to rest. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we asked. Rooms: 5
Enjoyed our brief stay. Kindness of the team was evident and appreciated. Beautiful building but a shame they put in a pool instead of fitting air conditioning. The fan in the room managed to produce almost no air movement so a poor night’s sleep. Easy walk to restaurants. Service: 5

Hotel ideal para estar en plan relax y si quieres dando un paseo llegas a la zona de ambiente de vinos y tapas. Puedes tambien pasear hasta el puerto y las playas.
