We were directed to this restaurant by the municipality of Dolce Bad Nauheim Hotel, and also by a passer-by in front of the restaurant, which confirms the good reputation of this recently opened house. More refined and expensive then the traditional German restaurant, but nevertheless German. We went in without reservation and sat right away. The choice is not huge, but good in mind we are here in a small town on a week night. However, prices are more “market” than the choices in the menu. We had to wait very long for the first course, perhaps because of the extensive group in the back room that had arrived shortly before us. What is more beautiful than culinary delights after a picturesque hike to the winter stone during a magnificent winter weather? Sehr nette Bedienung unsere Essen hatte zuviel Salz von meiner Frau Schnitzel Ihre Beilagen waren überschaubar die Spätzle ca ein Esslöffel und mein Zwiebelrostbraten vorallen die Zwiebel versalzen nach Nachfrage von Bedienung hatten wir dies erwähnt Sie sagt Sie gibt es weiter

Das Essen war ein Genuss. Wir bedienten uns der Ente, des Schnitzels und der Lammkrone. Das Essen war jeden Cent wert. Die Kellnerin (deren Name Muriel war) hat den Abend abgerundet und hat diesen Abend vollendet. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
We were a group of about 20 people: drinks quickly came to the table, as well as the 1st course. There is nothing to put out here as well as in the ambience and the buffet. The services were very attentive from the beginning! Thank you.
