Were here at the end of October for 4 nights. We had a modern room in the new house with balcony, view of the Moselle and the parking lot. In the Parterre there is a wine bar and it can be very loud in the evening, which was certainly due to the incompatibility of some guests! Room was new, large and clean. In the refrigerator were 2 bottles of water for welcome, one was already open Breakfast was i.O., but the breakfast room is felt in the basement, very impersonally without ambience. We did not use the restaurant for the required reservation. Not far from here we can recommend the Resturant Brasserie Käpt'n Cook. We can recommend the hotel for a short holiday at the Mosel.
Nice hotel on the Mosel Valley, right on the river bank, in a charming village, easily from the beaten path. Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach and even Trier are nearby, so the location is great to spend a few days exploring the beautiful Mosel valley. The friendly staff and quiet rooms offer a relaxing stay. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning will give you a good start. The most important highlight is the restaurant; Food is only excellently cooked, and perfectly accompanied by large wines from the neighboring vineyard.
