The restaurant To Bergfried lies opposite Ziesar Castle. Der Service des Herbergsvaters war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings waren der Preis pro Übernachtung und Reinlichkeit des Zimmers nicht sehr stimmig. Auf dem Fensterbrett lagen mehrere tote Fliegen, was echt widerlich war. Das Deckenlicht funktionierte nicht und die Heizung wollte auch einfach nicht warm werden. Die Zimmer könnten mal eine Auffrischung bekommen, denn sie wirken irgendwie nicht so einladend. Dann haben wir Gläser vermisst, vom fehlenden Wasser ganz zu schweigen. Wir waren nicht so zufrieden und werden auch nicht mehr wieder kommen. Schade, denn der Standort ist perfekt.
Mit den Preisen kann man ja noch leben aber das Essen kommt nicht über ein normales Maß hinaus. Die Tischdecken wurden zuletzt in den 90ern gewaschen. Die Lage; so direkt an der Burg ist top. Auch gab der Wirt den gefundenen Goldschatz brav ab, ob ich das gemacht hätte? Er fand ihn 1993 beim Umbau. Spannende Geschichte aber er ist 79 und wuppt die Kneipe allein. Zeit aufzuhören.
That was a big surprise, an appealing restaurant in the curve!The reception was warm. The guest room cozy and airy. The meat was made by its own galloways..., wonderful and green or red cabbage, everything itself, even the sauce, very good and fresh! Thanks that tasted delicious!!!
