the burggrafengaststätte is also one of my favourite restaurants, especially recently we were there occasionally. there are petty-bourgeois cuisine, from carving to wooferbread (the here the burggrafenleckerle hot) cigeunerbraten and much more. I prefer to eat the little ones in pefferrahm, which I like with pommes esse. the best in this economy is that they can take their salat on a large salat buffet themselves and it is really super-lecker, from kartoffel to green, boring, spice and kartottensalat and more. but the covering is absolutely divine!
