The beer garden is beautiful. Hold beer tents and that's okay. It's also okay that people who just want to go to the bathroom have to pay 50 cents. However, if you are looking for a third place, you can first use the Toi before you get a drink/food and then you get to say that this is not possible, you could have packaged it more beautifully. Especially since we wanted to consume something anyway and know how it is. The poppy cake was fantastic and recommended.
At Kornsand, located directly on the ferry to Nierstein/Oppenheim, you can take a rest under beautiful old chestnut trees. It's the Biker Treff in the area. Accordingly, the offer is rather designed for simpler dishes. But these are at an absolutely reasonable price. There is also a large pot of fresh coffee for 1,50€. The atmosphere is loose and you can quickly get in touch with many like-minded people.
If you drive for a walk and get to the ferry train, a snack at the Rhine ferry Kornsand, you will feel like a few decades back. People are very friendly, self-service and beautiful places under chestnuts, overlooking the Rhine. The toilets were clean. The property is somewhat twisted and came in the years, in England you would call the character, but nothing is neglected.
Today witnesses have become an absolutely ineffective incident. Operation, a younger and older gentleman, threatened a cyclist and urged him to leave the property. There was almost a physical confrontation. The younger employee with a long unattended beard acted criminally relevant. Why? Cyclists have retired on the bank, probably without order. in the summer months you can sit here beautifully on the water and get something to eat (small things)/trinks on the lukewarm. there are always a lot of motorcycles here, there is something to look and hear :-) service there is no one because self-service, therefore the fairness half three points for it.
sympathetic snack operators who are waiting for the ferry, or who will be greeting the grid after a motorcycle tour. there are all softdrinks, alcohol-free beer & wheat, pommes, sausages, tastes everything well. Relaxed sitting under old trees and the fruming of the naval thief on the Rhine.
In the summer months you can sit here nicely on the water and get something to eat (small things / drink at the whirlpool. There are always a lot of motorcycles here, there is something to look and hear : there is no service, because self-service, therefore the fairness half three points for it.
