While staying in Florsheim for business purposes discovered this restaurant. This typical restaurant has a nice terrace and we had the opportunity to have dinner outside overlooking the river Main. The menu is large and has a well balanced selection of appetizers, main courses and...desserts. The service is very good and a lot of locals were having dinner or the typical tapas called Hessisches Maulhapchen'. The food was very well prepared and served with some side dishes. the combination of well-bourgeois and upscale German cuisine is a mix in perfection. the seasonal changing recommendation card impresses with carefully selected dishes whose ingredients perfectly harmonize with each other. never again after my best friend, we went to dinner late in the evening to celebrate again among friends. sitting outside at the table. da deniz yücel came by and wanted to have another table, the waitress denied this as they soon made. he went and the waitress looked extra long after. we wanted to order our last round beer before this occurs, I made the waitress aware again. now it comes why I'm loading this one only star. the waitress just waved me and looked after the deniz yücel. I don't let anything like this be a gast definitiw. I don't care what celebrity appears there. we are all guests in a restaurant. to eat was okay, didn't rip me off the stool.

We have met the most racist waitress ever in Germany . Hirsch Gulasch was good . Spareribs are the worst i have ever had in my whole life i m a spareribs lover and travel lots . Have tried many many spare ribs no...matter in USA,Asia or Europe or even in Germany .in different kind of restaurants or in five stars hotel This Hirsch Restaurant ,neither the chef nor the waitress are capable to accept feedback. Therefore have to insult me as a foreigner, who has no idea how spareribs should be . If you don't wanna be insulted or your day or evening be spoiled .Go somewhere else .
super location directly at the main, ideal for the summer. in the local my place was gigantic, the noise level was quite high as full. heating only lukewarm at position 5. feed quite ok. unfortunately only water medium or still, twill roast was rather bark carving with twill sauce, bratkartoffeln too little. had to be happy with a bissalate and a flame cake. the gänsebrust was good. overall, the price-performance ratio does not correspond. very much hope that this great locality will still improve its standard.
