Zum Knoche - Reserva de mesa

I was looking for local cuisine and found it. the suppe (actually a broth with teig) from the black forest region was delicious. the local sausage (made in restaurant) was good. the apple wine has a unique taste. the two types of calvados are excellent. the seating in family style in free were pleasant. the other guests were friendly, as was the personal.

were just there for dinner. all was cold. Cut and roast carrots! and the homemade (probably) pure virenous taste! the joger sauce was a crack as resistance! we complained personally at the chef! he was arrogant, and he said it happened. but he was lying next to us.

great place and shame that it lies away from the exited paths. a visit is worthwhile for those who want to experience the typical hessian cuisine and apple wine.
