At six we were ESSEN. 4 adults 2 children. We got separate food, only after demand the 3 service personnel noticed that the burgers all lacked plus pommes. Sorry wasn't really just that there were technical problems. They don't interest me as GAST. This has to be resolved internally. Price performance was not possible. There was no supplement to the children's courts. Children Burger loveless. Ketchup and Mayo had to pay at the Galagatic Awards. As an excuse, there was a schnapps but only for the adult who waited. Never experienced that only one gets what when the whole table is waiting. As a family completely eaten by the evening.
Very delicious food with really good service make this restaurant worth a visit! We've beaten our belly and felt comfortable here. The service is very attentive, fast and friendly. The kitchen makes a good impression, we tasted it. The sanitary facilities are clean, well maintained and well marked. Many possibilities for staying on the terrace or in the interior. Hotel guests get a discount when they eat. Little things that disturbed us were the passage and smoke in the restaurant. At dessert our spoons were sunk in the ice... When eating with pommes, I expect Majo/Ketschup and that without request with additional extra charge.
Very special restaurant with super delicious food and mega friendly staff. Kindness was really stunning and very sweet in dealing with children. The food is just delicious. See it as a secret tip. We were 3x in a week there for dinner each dish was very well prepared and very tastefully a great praise in the kitchen. A very big thank you to our waitress Mrs Kaminsky was very friendly. We'll see you again next year. All good and health. MfG family Kyora

Unfortunately, only two stars I give, although the food deserves four to five stars. But the operation was just bad. It was not the emotion that you spray when you identify with the restaurant.
