Das Weinbistro "Löwen" (ja, mit Umlaut !) ist schon seit vielen Jahren Bestandteil unseres kulinarischen Portfolios in der Region. Entdeckt habe wir es mehr oder weniger durch Zufall - nämlich nach einem Kinobesuch im benachbarten Löwenkino (auch das ein absoluter Geheimtipp).Damals noch nichtsahnend die Vorspeisenplatte für zwei und die Tintenfische in Knoblauch-Kräuersud bestellt - und sofort süchtig geworden. Süchtig nach kräftiger, mediterraner Küche, ausdrucks- und knoblauchstark, abwechselnd mit aussergewöhnlichen saisonalen Gerichten auf der Tageskarte, dazu ein paar ausgesucht gute lokale und wenige ausländische Weine. Besonders letztere sind ungewöhnlich günstig kalkuliert, so dass...
Mit Umlauten haben's die Amis einfach nicht ... aber Kontakt wegen Korrektur ist unmöglich. Grr!Zum Löwen: Diese klassische "Quartiersbeiz" in Bahnhofsnähe (direkt neben dem Kino, das mit seinem 50er-Jahre-Saal ebenfalls ein Geheimtipp ist) lohnt selbst weite Umwege: Branko's mit dalmatinischen Spezialitäten gekrönte, badisch-mediterrane Küche begeistert mit intensivem Geschmack, ausdrucksvollen Gewürzen und erstklassiger Qualität; die ständig wechselnden (offenen!) We came past the first holiday by chance and were attracted by the handwritten offers on several boards. In short, we reserved for a nice chat with the sympathetic hostess for the same evening. On the one hand, the restaurant in the interior speaks through the special atmosphere and furnishings and then, of course, through the selection of fine wines and delicious freshly prepared dishes. No matter what we ordered, it tasted excellent every time. No wonder that in the short holiday period we visited the wine bistro with the boiling chef and the hostess we serve several times. Unlimited recommendation!!!
A dream delicious, friendly, perfect!! We had antipasti and Calamaris, both in a garlic sugo. It was served with fresh baguette and just tasted fantastic. Absolutely recommended: fresh Mediterranean cuisine with a small, fine map, service extremely friendly and the prices are also tiptop. Absolutely recommended!!!

In the small wine bistro we immediately felt welcome. The food that has tasted excellent is prepared by the boss fresh and with a lot of love. Small card, but for every taste is what. The boss serves with heart and soul. Good wines and delicious ice cream from the region. Very recommended!
We are new citizens in Kenzingen and much less; At the moment we have closed the wine bistro of Bosics into the heart and can only recommend it; for those who demand wine and prefer the Mittlmeer cuisine. Mr. Bosic cooks with passion and his wife serves with heart!
Bien joli bar à vins où sont servis de bonnes assiettes telles que les brochettes de crevettes ou l'assiette de calamar à l'Adriatique. Bons vins et bonnes bières.
