The standards you set yourself and the prices in the restaurant are both quite high. In the case of a “glass” of wine with 0.1 L, this is actually very high. Unfortunately I feel ripped off. The reality also does not live up to the claim. Last visit my husband had a steak that he had to leave 1/3 of on the plate because it was full of tendons and impossible to chew. the atmosphere is in order. but what bothers me is that the quality of eating varies greatly. at the price level, I actually expect high quality to go through. After I was totally enthusiastic at the first visit, the meat was cold at the second time and then the supplements were not seasoned.
