we stayed at the hotel zum schulthiess (or georges, as we know it in the corps of royal engineers) our stay was from the 16th juni for 4 nights with bed and breakfast, but we ate 3 of these nights in restaurant too evening. eating was as always absolutely fabulous. the service was better than in some 4/5 star hotels where I stayed. this will be even better, as all employed speak very well English. the breakfast was continental with a large selection for each taste. I'm sure if they don't want anything, the cook will sort them out. the accommodation is very good, our group occupied 3 rooms on the floor. there is no elevator, but that was not a problem because there are only 3 etagens includin...
we have lived and worked in hamlets for many years, but we have recently moved away, but we love the city, people and eating. one of our favorite restaurants has always been to school or care, as we always know. this is a family restaurant and is now managed by the third generation I know. the food and the service were and are always exemplary. we stayed in October 2015 for eating there and were very impressed by the changes in the restaurant and bar that was eating and is fantastic, great quality and a great value for money. we will definitely return in the near future for further visits. well done to jörg and his family.
we were a 7-member group on a business trip to the hannover motor show and stayed in hameln. had not planned dinner and decided to go to school theiss due to previous reviews. our steaks were perfectly prepared and the supplements were typical German deftige precious. all very delicious! the personal even brought appetizers to the house. overall excellent!Zum schultheiss has a beautiful beer garden surrounded by high hecken to keep it quite secluded, which seemed to have a good atmosphere, but we stayed inside for comfort reasons. the local is approx. 15 minutes walk from the hamelns center.
absolutely outstanding restaurant. I was last here 12 years ago and since then it has become better. everything at this restaurant from service to eating and the cleanliness and the general ambiente is incredible. it must be on their list of sights in hameln

we were here for 5 nights and had a very comfortable room. we have eaten on several days in restaurant (closed on Mondays) and the food and service were excellent. can recommend it unrestricted.
this place has not changed since my last visit a few years ago. eating is great and the service wonderful. the prices are in order and would recommend if they want real German steaks!
good food, good after great staff. beautiful part of hamels, by royal engineers always called georges bar. beer garden very good (also with rain), they will have a good time there.
we had a nice dinner here the other day. Too bad the restaurant was closed for so long. the food was delicious and the service great! many thanks for a great evening!

definitiw the best in the city! great service and great meat! ask for supper and Argentine meat! only a trick: rare is medium and medium is well done;!)-
