Really? I have over 20 years of gastronomy behind me and I have never experienced anything like that. Planned celebrations are simply forgotten and then have to be celebrated in a short distance. We're not talking about a single case here. The card is small and at some point only monotonous. The Pommes have greatly left behind, although they were the highlight before. The service forces run uncoordinated from table to table, act stressed, overwhelmed and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this turmoil is also transferred to the guests, with which the actual enjoyment is lost. The drinks hardly have carbonic acid. Somehow the worm is in there. However, criticism also does not find a hearing, the cook/owner prefers to hide in his kitchen.
