When flunder is offered with roast potatoes as a dish on large plates, one starts from a fresh catch and looks forward to what will be served there, but unfortunately it looked completely different from : 2 small flunders stacked on the plate, which were buried under burned roasted roasted potatoes, the rest of the roasted potatoes swam in the old fat in which the flunders were roasted. A spoon of sourough vegetables and 2 small pieces of cucumber, tomato decorated the plate. In a beachside seaside resort, it must be quite rustic, but the taste must be correct what was unfortunately not at all here!
We cannot really understand the previous reviews. Perhaps the ratings refer to the fresh fish that there is also to buy, but we are talking about the prepared food. We were totally disappointed, really horrified. The baked fish was the worst we ever ate. Not fresh, but TK. Also the other fish were not really delicious, the supplements went so. For the price one has to be able to expect more, because the dishes were not so cheap. You get that in every hotel for a little more money a thousand times better. We're sorry, but we're not going to go into these snacks anymore.
Class fish snack with self-service constantly freshly baked and placed on order. The rolls are cherry, the beer is cold and outside as inside is enough space to relax and relax. The typical favourable prices of this landmark are still worth mentioning. Backfish buns for 2.50 euros and a 0.5l sturgeon for 2.20 euros? Both of excellent quality? Where do you get a little snack for under 5 euros? I love the pirate and always like to stop, hunger or not.
Really fresh fish on a freshly baked rolls not from the shelf, but freshly awarded at a truly regional (favourable) price (e.g. Matjesbrötchen or Bückling for 2.80 EUR). We went there a second time after the first time because we liked it so well. The ambience inside is now just suitable for a snack, but outside on the terrace with some sun it is simply ideal. Let's hope this place can afford its charm and freshness for a long time.

I can't understand the good reviews. The fish tastes fad, the staff is unfriendly, the fish rolls are without salad or remoulade. It's just naked fish on dry rolls. On the toilets there are huge spiders in all corners. In addition, you slide on the ton of sand, which is almost on the ground. The snack is not recommended for fish-knives and fishermen at all. In no way! Better avoid and continue towards the beach promenade.
Hardly a bather can overlook the offer. Just a few steps from the beautiful Baaber beach, the Gastwirt offers fish variations that are available at affordable prices. My AAL in jelly with roast potatoes was well tasted. Smoked fish can also be picked at the counter and then served at the table. No curry sausage!
Outside on the windproof terrace sit a nice beer drink and wonderful fish eat at reasonable prices what you want more also the freshly made fish rolls are great, all highly recommended
