ATTENTION: RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION We had reserved a table for two over the phone, which the employee confirmed on the phone. We were there this evening and had to leave disappointed because apparently there is no reservation for just two people. If everything is full/reserved, I understand that they couldn't give us any more space. However, the staff took no responsibility for the error and instead treated us as if we had simply made the reservation up. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident if you look at the reviews, so it seems to be intentional. Luckily we quickly found a place somewhere else. Really good food at a fair price. Every portion here is simply huge and always delicious. Have been here several times with the children. At peak times you have to be lucky to get a table without a reservation. However, it usually works with a short wait. For us one of the best addresses in Göttingen

The ribs here is the best I have had. Also the beer is good. The service is kindly and quietly. I really enjoy my stay here.
