Zur Blauen Traube - Reserva de mesa

The pork knuckle that i order is a traditional meal and must have in Germany. The one i had in Marien Platz, Munich was slightly less tasty that this one i had. The skin of the pork knuckle was really roasted to a very crispy...and lesser fat. However it is still very fatter inside. I could not finish it with my beer. I love the crispiness of the skin and i almost finish it all but one pork knuckle will be around meat and bone. That is way too much for me. I would recommend to share if you are small eater. Please note that this restaurant does not accept credit card.

We visited this establishment after reading some of the reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. The menu was extensive and offered traditional dishes. The beer was also very good as was the German produced wine which my wife really liked. to the point...she was surprised with the quality and taste of it as she’d never really tried German wine beforehand. The service was good, efficient and friendly with the food being of good quality and filling. All in all a worthwhile experience and I’d visit again when back in Memmingen.

We had been driving all day and wanted the perfect Bavarian food. As soon as we approached the restaurant we were greeted and shown our seat. Daniel was our waiter and was not only entertaining but spoke perfect English. He explained what the specials were...and answered any questions we had. The food came out and was perfectly cooked. Daniel recommended the amazing warm dessert and we couldn't resist. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Sometimes we go in Memmingen and since a bit we wanted to try this restaurant. It is perfectly located in MM old town, and it is very pretty inside. However from the food point of view, myself and my wife have been very disappointed. We...took local dishes (Memminga Grösschdl, and Allgaüe trio). The pork in my plate was not well cooked and flavorless, the maultaschen in the plate of my wife seemed to be old and overcooked. Paid (with beers)...no tips Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant is at a beautiful corner in the breathtaking old town of Memmingen. The waitress was friendly, nice and very very helpful. The dishes were traditional and they taste extremely good. We were persons and all of us were completely satisfied with...the portions, the taste and the quality of the meat. The kitchen is open until which is a very difficult thing to find in Germany. I will never forget these delicious dishes!

We were greeted with open arms, shown to our table and made to feel very welcome. The restaurant is small and cosy, quaintly decorated without being too kitsch and very comfortable. The staff were funny, kind and warm. Food was good, although the portions were...so enormous we could easily have shared a plate! Highly recommend a visit here for the atmosphere!

We went to this restaurant because they have good rating. The food is up to the rating. Soup is simple but delicious. Pork knuckle is so delicious wiht lots of ligaments (in China we buy pork knuckle butchers take out the ligaments). I had so...much ligaments yummy yummy. I want to go back and try other dishes

I went for dinner with my family and the food was great. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the politeness of the waitress that attended us.

We had a great dinner of mixed grill. Enough for really. The beer is very good too and the staff is very friendly.
