Leider hat das Restaurant immer noch mit dem schlechten Ruf zu kämpfen, den es in der Vergangenheit hatte, obwohl bereits mehrfach die Pächter gewechselt haben. Aktuell befindet sich in der Südsee Insel ein bayrisch-österreichisches Restaurant, das neben deftigen Brotzeiten auch steierische Gerichte anbietet. Im Sommer kann man draußen im gemütlichen Biergarten den Abend genießen und unter der Woche bietet die Südsee Insel Mittagsgerichte zum kleinen Preis. Das Restaurant an sich ist relativ klein und verfügt nur über wenige Tische (Reservierung empfohlen). The secret tip! We just had dinner with our family. The restaurant looks very inconspicuous from the outside. Inside there are 56 tables so you should ask beforehand if there is still something free. Food: we have ordered the goulash, carvings, meat ceremonies. Everything was excellent! I had the feeling it's really made myself and fresh.
