today I have been in the oak again for a long time. it was weakly visited, probably because it's vacation time. the service, a young girl, was rude and unprecedented, that made a bad impression. the card was melted on eight dishes, which I liked, because a smaller selection makes it easier to choose. to gain a senior proportion was apparently a problem - there was then one instead of two carvings. so we ordered carving with fresh vegetables, potatoes and croquettes. There was a high-time soup included in the price, which was very good. then the main course came: the vegetables sat alone on their own taste, for which the carvings were completely desalinated (when you do salt in the panade, that seems to happen). the sauce was unfortunately a hate-secret, very transparent catastrophe, which stood long under the salt barrel and had nothing to do with the cache that holly, as the operation said (they meant sauce hollandaise), could not deny its pastness as a dweller of a tetrapack. then three 30 cm-long sliced pitches were lying transversely above the plate - what is and at what end is uncut sliced pitch on the plate? the name I'm a little cute and not a little leg. we did not take care of the rest, but our criticism is carefully applied. the above explained to us, one now has two Bulgarian chefs, one of whom does not understand any German at all, it would be sorry. you can also save yourself: perhaps you have to pay Bulgarian cooks as helpers in the gastronomy area only the minimum wage - and not hire expensive German cook. the house pays for it: it loses its good call. the oak at least does not see us again.
