Das nur noch in 33cl-Flaschen angebotene Bier ist in Flaschen nicht nur weniger lecker sondern (natürlich! auch teurer als vom Fass (früher waren es 50cl-Flaschen . Im Sommer gab es noch ein feines Weizen vom Fass, jetzt gibt es ausser Hellem und Dunklem gar kein offenes Spezial-Bier mehr.Auch mit der Bierkultur hat man es in Riehen nicht so wirklich. This traditional detached house is located on a side street a five-minute walk from the Fondation Beyeler Museum. There is a beer garden outside to sit on a sunny day. You have a lot of craft beer to taste and also a small kitchen...with weekly specialties for lunch. The salads are fresh, healthy and generously inexpensive. We were a little surprised that the spinach and cheese crepe with salad rather rolled a bowl of salad with the crepe and cut into small pieces. But good. The soft drinks are another thing. This place is a way out of town, but Tram #6, direction Riehen border, exit Riehen village (20 minutes) takes you around the corner to the square. I just had to come back to support this business as they gave me a private tour through their brewery. Today I scanned the IPA from the **** and then her bottle Pale Ale Hot Chili (total of 9.70CHF). The IPA was good, then I tried the Pale Ale hot chili and in fact, while it poured into my glass a hot chili dipped directly into. The one good thing, I was informed that this beer was freshly filled, so that the full effect of hot pepper would normally be stronger so that it would have been even more powerful. Sehr herziges und stimmungsvolles, kleines Restaurant mit einzigartigem eigengebrautem Bier und super schmackhaften Speisen. Das Essen wird selbst gemacht und die hier gebrauten Biere sind einfach ein wahrer Goldschatz. Für wahre Bierliebhaber ein absoluter Tipp!!!
