we were there for Christmas and the selection of food had convinced us, modern innovatiw and delicious! on the menu is the philosophie of the guest house, which had impressed us, that was high! from wein to the "Great from the kitchen" to the main dish everything was right. the service had everything in sight at any time and we lacked nothing. Eating was served at a reasonable waiting time. you can park in a courtyard without any problems. After a busy day, we could relax here, through the great food and the atmosphere. so make "eat go" fun and drink money is more than appropriate.

We were a group of seven for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. As it is asparagus season there were lots of seasonal dishes available. The cream of asparagus soup was delicious, the home-made bread fantastic, the asparagus risotto and fresh asparagus with Hollandaise sauce were great. The desserts were all delicious and everything washed down with local wines. Service was good and the total bill was a pleasant surprise - very good value for money. A lovely old building in a charming small town - I look forward to my next visit!

we have been here for many years and have always eaten wonderfully here at all seasons. in advance, here is cooked properly. also the tasty sores are made themselves, whether late, kartoffelstampf or bratkartoffeln, all fresh. we haven't eaten the carvings soou well. but you can recommend really good hearts all. and absolutely try the gambas! you realize we are coming into the shimmer, that doesn't happen to us so often. who wants to eat urig, familiary, excellent in the ground is golden right here.

after the order have waited 1.30 hours. then came a rather small supplemental salad...without cutlery. waited again 10 minutes...then up and the staff were looking for.The main course came again 20 minutes later and when the bill was required. he was put down without any comment! no question whether everything was in order,no please or thank you-no excuse.. let alone a nice day desired!As a local depends mainly on the service staff. we're not coming back. actually we were satisfied and regular guests, but had to revise this clearly. the way and wise as our last visit went has led to the abandoning of the house and will certainly not give a new visit. the form of communication with guests was completely indiscusable and was clearly not appropriate to the thema.

We have dined here with our local family twice, in our two visits to Eltville, and really enjoyed both dinners. Great menu, really reasonable prices, a good local wine list, friendly service, and the outdoor seating looking over the Rhein is wonderful on a warm evening.

Great place for dinner. Friendly wait staff. Fairly fast service for Germany. Nice place to relax and have an enjoyable dinner. Try the baked feta as an appetizer and get your main meal with the bratkartoffel. Yum!

Vi var sena till hotellet men de ordnade ändå middag till oss. Vi åt två tyska specialiteter som båda var riktigt bra.
