We have ordered a double room for 2 nights via booking. We received confirmation that we will receive a room with safe and minibar. When we arrived, we received a storage chamber. In there it was absolutely impossible to run normally as a disabled person, so the second person had to sit on the bed so that the other person could walk in the room. After a complaint we received an appropriate room. However, there was no safe in any of these rooms and no minibar. There was only a bottle of tap water in the first room. We celebrated a civilian wedding with about 30 people in a separate area of the restaurant.
